I recently picked up this tea at a farmer’s market pop up event. It says that the tea helps with anxiety, and I’ve been feeling restless lately. I’ve started to drink this tea before bedtime. I can go to sleep easily, but the tea puts me in a relaxed state first before I go to sleep. And it smells AND tastes delicious! I don’t have to put sweetener in it. Give it a try!
