I love having tea right before bed and the “Be Cool” blend is perfect for that! The flavors are perfect and I felt instantly calmer. I added honey but it is also deliah as is!

Be cool is absolutely one of my FAVORITE teas…the color is beautiful, I just love how I can enjoy it in two different ways…and how it can turn from bright blue to a light gorgeous purple when adding just a hint of lemon.
